Hermosa Beach February Home Sales Slow As Inventory Way Down

Hermosa Beach saw another slow month of home sales as inventory continued at record low numbers.  Although there were several “off market
sales, the sales recorded in the local MLS numbered a paltry 9 homes.  Although the number of home sales was down the sales prices once again were anything but low as the lack of inventory and high demand led to another month of big numbers.  The lowest home price was $640,000 for the 2 bedroom condo located at 320 Hermosa Ave while the top sale of the month was for the fixer/tear down at 136 Neptune…a stones throw from the beach.  View the February home sales below.  To see other South Bay cities or home sales in other months, visit our South Bay recent sales information page.
